Li Biao Percussion Group

Founded in 2005 and with members coming from different parts of the world, the Li Biao Percussion Group is one of the best percussion groups in the world today. Its members are all classically trained musicians, at the same time specialists in the most varied areas of folk music. The ensemble has performed in many famous arts festivals and musical events around the globe. Many famous composers have written music for it. Its audience is often amazed by the huge variety of instruments the members play in a concert, which can number as many as two hundred. The European press has described their performance as "a world tour in both senses of the term".
