YOGA???

Hi,

There are yoga classes in the Nong Ke Centre near East Pacific Gardens on Mon, Wed and Fri at 10am. You go to Che Gong Miao metro station, take exit A and when you come out of the station walk across the road. You'll see a 7/11 on the right and "GT Cafe" on the corner. Walk straight up the plaza with the fountain in the middle ("The street of small merchandise") and you'll see the Nong Ke building across the road from the opposite end of the plaza from the station. (Another 7/11 at this end of the plaza and Demei Beauty on the corner.) The yoga is in room 102 of the Nong Ke building and costs RMB50 a class.

The classes are in Chinese but very easy to follow and lots of English-speakers in the class. Very friendly group.
