The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan will be opening in July 2009.

Vice Mayor Chen Yingchun (C) and Rip Gellein, president of global development for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc., at a ceremony yesterday at Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel to mark the establishment of strategic cooperation between Shenzhen Yitian Group and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. The two parties will combine to introduce The Westin, a platinum five-star hotel, to Shenzhen. The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan, to be located at Yitian Holiday Plaza in Nanshan District, is expected to open by the end of this year.
