Looking for helper in Nanshan

Hi!

I need a trustworthy and resourceful full time helper for cooking, cleaning, childcare etc.
A little bit of English would be superb, but not essential as we want to learn Mandarin anyway.
The cleaning would have to be actual cleaning, not surface caressing with a half heartedly moistened sponge, the cooking doesn't need to be four star, but the childcare would have to be loving and fun for two little girls, one of whom is a baby, the other at preschool.

We're near Coastal City.

Does anyone fit this description or know of someone who fits this description? It feels like I'm looking for Mary Poppins and Mrs Doubtfire all in one...
