Links in e-mails of posts we are subscribed to lead to an error page

Usually when I get a notification of a post in a thread I'm watching, there is a link that is supposed to lead me back to that thread from my inbox. It always sends me to an error page. I think I sent an e-mail to you about this not too long ago.
