Bad Food - Bad service!
Throw a flower on the grave!
How can you sell a product when you bring "chinese" noodles in to eat and ignore customers???????????????
It's a shame too. Our office is maybe 10 feet from Jollibee. Just moved into an office here and I was excited to be able to finally give Jollibee a try. The owner told me something like 6 months later before they reopen somewhere else. They need to find a place that isn't near a McDonalds or KFC...basically impossible;)

In Philippines, Jollibee is definitely the # 1 fast food chain followed by Mcdonalds then KFC. But here in China, it's impossible to compete with those two well known fast food chain coz Jollibee is not too familiar to Chinese as well as to foreigners. So, it would be better if they would find the location not near with Mcdonalds and KFC. But Jollibee serves tasty foods.

I agree with you on that but even if they hire those local people, i think as a crew, they should know how to communicate in English.. Even just the basic ones, specially the menus.. Because not all of their customers are Chinese.. And not all foreigners can speak their language. I always go to Mcdonalds and KFC too and i always encounter problem.. (small problem) they don't know what MAYONNAISE is, Every time i ask mayonnaise they give me ketchup or gravy. I tried to say it in Chinese (slightly mispronounced it) but they wouldn't take effort to understand what you mean. It would always take time before i could have my mayonnaise.

Hehehe...
You ask for MAYO and they say to you 没有 (ma yo)
Get it???
About Jollibee. Not had the chance (yet) to taste it in Phillipines, but I guess it can not be the same, otherwise they could not hold the Nr.1 position there.
It was obvious that they will close at LuoHu. I went there a few times, very few customers all the time. Very few choice of foods, in very BAD quality. R.I.P.

I love Jollibee! i wonder why they closed since their business has really peaked up this year and already many customers dining. i always love the store, it's nice and cozy ambiance and clean, and find the service really friendly. i also like the food, it's served hot and fresh. i used to go there about once a week since my office is just a few steps away. i miss that restaurant. hope they'll open their next store soon, coz 6 months is just too long. i will surely visit again. it's really been a while...
