It's on the ground floor of
It's on the ground floor of 'Financial Building' (The door is opened on the north side of the building).
Financial Building is the grey glass building on the north side of the road just opposite the McDonald’s in Seaworld. You couldn't see its sign because the construction work for the subways.
You will see the ICBC's cash machine on its west side, just walk around it to the right, you will find its branch hidden behind.
