I just had one full body session at a local hospital, it was painful and the results were so-so. But I'll need to have about 5 sessions to get reasonably hairless.

5 or 6 sessions costs about RMB 7,000, for full body man treatment... I'm fairly hairy all over.

I'll get back to you with the hospital details if the results are effective.

I am getting laser hair removal at Shenzhen Sun Hospital (sun.91.cn/english/index.htm).

Underarms: rmb 1800
Lower legs: rmb 1800
Upper legs: rmb 2800

The price includes 10 times. Will probably need 4-6 times to get rid of most of it.
