CN WORLDWIDE..NEW RATES

We just started using CN Worldwide and were informed just before year end that they had a currency adjustment of 12% on all shipments starting January 1/2008. Our company ships product to both Canada and the USA our rates with CN Worldwide were not effected by this currency adjustment. So in essense it costs us 12% more to ship a product across the Detroit River just over 1 KM fathur. The explaination given was that they didn't want to be uncompetitive in the USA.

I urge you to not use CN Worldwide until they treat all clients the same.
