Pipette, InterContinental Shenzhen is proud to introduce its new head chef, Thibaut Pouplard. Pouplard was Born and raised in a small village of the Loire Valley in France. His passion for fine cuisine began when he was a young man, watching his grand mother at the cooking range, and continued to this day, with increasing enthusiasm each day.

深圳华侨城洲际大酒店法国餐厅隆重介绍新任法餐大厨——Thibaut Pouplard。Pouplard出生于法国著名的卢瓦尔河谷边一个宁静的村镇，并在这里逐渐成长为一个年轻的厨师。他对美食烹饪的热衷源于他敬爱的祖母，小时候的Pouplard就经常在厨房看祖母为家人制作各种各样的美味菜式，而他对于烹饪的喜爱也在这种不经意的启蒙中与日俱增。

His career took off when he worked at “L’Hotel du Golf”in Dauville and his experience grew as he moved on to the Carlton InterContinental in Cannes and later on to the InterContinental Geneva and InterContinental Phoenicia in Beirut. With eleven years of experience in prestigious hotels and positions under his belt, Chef Pouplard brings his knowledge and enthusiasm to Pipette with his new creative menu.

He believes in surprising the guests by preparing very simple dishes with a very few ingredients, in perfect harmony with each other. Cooking is an art and Thibaut is a Maestro at it.
