Check-in for a Guangzhou international flight from Shenzhen

It is possible to check-in directly from Shenzhen (Futian district) for flights leaving from Guangzhou airport. Have anyone tried it, how it works?
My flight to Europe will leave from Guangzhou airport at around 10am, it would be great if I could check-in in the morning in Shenzhen and take a shuttle bus to the Guangzhou airport.

I think you should by train from Shenzhen to Guanzhou.
The train would be a risky
The train would be a risky option, because check-in at Guangzhou airport closes before 9am.
So no-one has heard about this check-in possibility and shuttle bus in Shenzhen?
you can take the fast train
you can take the fast train to guangzhou east from 6am onwards, it's about an hour; and then it would take you about 40mins in a cab to tGZ airport.
