Hidden in a corner of Happy Valley is something you'd be hard pressed to find in a Western theme park: an extreme sports attraction.


The Happy Kingdom Extreme Sports Camp features BMX biking and inline skating, two rare sports on the Chinese mainland. The performers hail from Canada’s Quebec Province. For years, there has been a steady stream of young bikers and skaters from Quebec making their way to Shenzhen to work as performers in Happy Valley.
