New Executive Chef @ Sheraton Dameisha Resort

(Shenzhen, China) Sheraton Dameisha Resort has announced the appointment of Mr. Luca Pulese as new Executive Chef. He is responsible for the daily operation of delectable kitchens & food outlets and for designing the special menu for large groups and other important events.

Mr Pulese, an Italian national, has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry covering over 20 years in various international destinations, including Maldives, Thailand, Holland, Beijing and Venice. Prior to this assignment, he was previously the Executive Sous Chef of Royal Orchid Sheraton & Towers, Bangkok, Thailand. Because of the special interests for oriental cultures, he came to China to study it at Yunnan University in 2002.
