Shenzhen to Start Real-Name Train Tickets Policy for Spring Festival

"During the Spring Festival transport time (January 19th to February1st), all long-distance trains boarding from Shenzhen Station will have real-name systems. Passengers need valid ID card to buy tickets and travel. Real-name systems do not apply to Guangzhou-Shenzhen Bullet Trains and children riding on long-distance trains. For one ID card, only one real-name ticket can be purchased on a particular travel date at one particular station (stations in the same city are regarded as one). Passengers can buy tickets for others, but the original ID card is needed and only three can be purchased at one time, either by telephone booking or through a ticket window."
