Focaccino in Coco Park
has quietly introduced a new menu with a few new items. We have listed them here:
Seems there is not much new for the western pallet and the increase in Rice Risotto dishes is a clear play to draw in more Chinese. Have all the expats drifted over to La Casa and The Kitchen?
We were disappointed with the new prawn salad due to lack of prawns and similarity to the Italian salad we will stick with the Italian salad in the future.
We always try to avoid unhealthy bacon on the already tasty cheese fries but this time they didn't get the order right and instead of making a completely new order they cooked our fries again after removing the bacon. :-(
Usually new menu means higher prices. Can anyone confirm if some of the prices were raised? We felt our bill was higher than past times but unfortunately our old receipts are with our accountant. :-)

As the owner of Focaccino I
As the owner of Focaccino I want to assure everyone that we have added new menu items for both the expat and Chinese guests. Ink squid pasta and risotto are very Italian and we have added spicy meatball pizza to add some variety to the pizza menu. Some of the other dishes like baked rice and escargot are more for Chinese guests needs. Also, we have not adjusted prices on most menu items and have only adjusted prices on menu items where we have experienced a large increase in our raw material cost. Moreover, all the popular menu items are still available for our guests. We hope you try us again soon.
