VISA to China

Hi everyone! I am from the Philippines. My my wife got her 'Z' visa in China and she will be entering shenzhen by the second week of August. Me and our 11 year old daughter are still on the process of the petition papers. It takes too long because they require my child to have a passport number thats why I applied first her here in the Philipines.

We want with my daughter to enter China even we dont have the petition papers.

What type of visa can we used to enter Shenzhen? Do we need to apply a tourist visa from the China Embassy in the Philipines or we can enter directly to the China without applying it?
