Hummus & Protein

I would recommend City Super in Hong Kong. They sell hummus, with various flavors added, in plastic tubs. I was trying to find out about getting it in bulk powder, but I never had much  luck.

There are a few General Nutrition Centers as will. Not sure if the shipping costs on mail order bulk protein powder would offset the savings.

Istanbul Cafe has great Hummus, also you can go to La Casa behind McCawlleys, near Kitchen Futian.

For great humus, kebabs, and pizza, you can go to Mama's restaurant in Sea World Square, Shekou. (Two doors down from Starbucks.)  Restaurant founder is Lebanese.  Enjoy!

you can try some turkish restaurants in SZ, you can find the best hummus.

There is Istanbul Restaurant(s) and Mevlana Restaurant...I think you can easily find the addresses with a simpe search in this website..

I make my own Hummus.  Cheaper and better.  Garbanzo beans are easy to find.  The only thing that may be difficult to locate is the Tahini.  However, you can purchase Chinese Tahini, and its almost the same.  Just find the unsweetened version.
