Hello! almost every public hospital in shenzhen has dermatologists and it's a common need to remove a scar. There are also many cosmetic surgery practices in shenzhen. however I cannot recommend one for you that i havent had any experience doing so. i can only advise that you go to see a dermatologist at a proper hospital and see what they have to say, meds, price,etc.
