What do do if the American Embassy rejects a travel visa for a Chinese National through a travel agency?
Printer-friendly versionMy friend applied for an American travel visa with the help ofa a travel agency and was rejected by the American Consulate. What is the next step to appeal this my friend has plenty of money in the bank and apartments so there should not be a problem proving she will return to China?

Hi Emma, if your friend gets rejected a visa into the states, he should get a rejection letter as well. there it tells you how to appeal. but on the other hand, having plenty of money does not guarantee you a visa. you need to show a history of your income sources, a letter from your company, properties in your name etc, as much evidence as you can to show that you WILL return to China.
