Taking Dog and Cat Out of China

For those who tried transporting their pets out of china, please share the procedures and requirements.  And how much would be the cost, for my small breed Tibetan Spaniel dog and a cat.   Can I do the documentation by myself or better to use an agent?  I am in Changping Dongguan now.  If somebody knows a licensed veterinarian or pet relocation company here, please let me know.  Or even in Shekou area.  Any information would really be highly appreciated.   Please feel free to send me an email mrvcsotelo@gmail
