Fastest ISP in Shenzhen, Luo Hu?

Dear Shenzhen Party Members,

What's your opinion on the fastest ISP in Shenzhen, Luo Hu area?

Ideally, would like fast connectivity to US and Hong Kong sites.

I signed up for an 8M plan with GWBN for the past 4 months and I've had mixed feelings about it.

They claim fibre optics cable technology, but in the building we get a DSL shared connection with everyone.

I was a bit ticked off at first, because the sales person who sold me the service said it was a dedicated line, unaffected by other users in the building. A straight lie.

Every night past 9pm, internet drops to a crawling speed.

I've also tried ChinaNet, they are pretty average. Now I'm thinking of Topway. What are your thoughts?
