Server Co-Location in Shenzhen

i put mind in HK, speed is as good as in China..

I need to do it in Shenzhen as I will be server to Chinese audience and don't want to pay international bandwidth costs.

Unless you have a business established here I don't think you will be able to get it done at the local datacenters (which belong to China Telecom, Netcom etc.). You might consider instead just renting a server from a web hosting company. I recommend www.sinohosting.net

And YES you need to have a business established in China to go with them.

I don't know if they have english speaking staffs though.

Yeah, typical Chinese mentality, go with the largest in the market!
But what is the point if the point if they have poor customer service and nobody speaking English? They have millions of customers, so whether you go with them doesn't really matter. I would advise instead going with a smaller firm with English support and who can provide examples of sites of foreign companies that they host.
