personal fitness trainer needed

does anyone in buji area know of a personal trainer to help get me fit... I dont do jogging! I need someone who knows the human body very well and who understands exercise. I want to train for an hour 3 times a week and i live near buji wal-mart and am free in the mornings mostly but my time is flexible.

Why don't you give me your email and i'll give you as much advice as you want. I don't live anywhere near Buji, but i'd love to email you some tips and suggestions.

Not sure if this is helpful, but there used to be big officer guy here from the U.S. who formerly trained military officers in physical fitness and even had his own equipment.
