Looking for restaurant for a PR Event?

A Company is looking for a restaurant for a PR event in January matching the following criteria:

1. not far from Shenzhen concert hall, will be great If this restaurant Is located In Futian CBD area.
2. Chinese cuisine or may provide Asia style food.
3. with
   beautiful city view out of the window or there Is a big secret
   garden/terrace among the high buildings (we may consider to set up a
   tent)
4. It’s better not located In hotel.
5. enough place for 150pax having dinner together.
6. enough place for park 4 big shuttle bus.

what about cocopark? pokok kelapa asian restaurant. it can easily occupy 150 or more pax and serves good asian food eg Singapore, Malaysia, and Thai food.  I personally know the owner of the Restaurant. I have organised a National day celebrations for the Singaporeans and Malaysian there and the service is good too.
