Life is Sweet Bakery Information

The other day I was walking by the QSI International school in Shekou and and came up on a bakery under construction. I believe the name was "Life is Sweet". It is in the space that was the old Casablanca. Does anyone know who is behind this one? Please pass on the contact if you have it.
