Looking for Affordable Housing Near the Subway

I'm moving to Shenzhen shortly and am looking for affordable apartments. I'll be working in Futian, but don't need to be actually in Futian, just need to be near the the subway - Coco Park is the stop I'll need. Any suggestions would greatly appreciated!

Or you can have Chinese friends help you look for it.
Otherwise, go to an agency. They will find what you want. But you need to pay the service fee after that.
Here is a place to recommend for foreigners: OCT. in Nanshan district next to THE WINDOW OF THE WORLD. You can know many new foreign friends there.
It's beautiful & quiet there,and has convenient trafic net, with a subway station (Huaqiaocheng 华侨城）,and near to Coco Park.
