getting married after work visa

Hi there,

I'm inteneding to can ome to China on working visa but planning to get married in China with my fiancee and he doenst have work permit. We botg are non-chinese. Just wondering if I add him as my dependent on my working visa after we got married.

I know I can add family member when I apply for working visa but no sure what is teh procedure for adding members after we get married.

I advice that you get and bring the marriage contract with before you come to china. Your husband can get tourist Visa first and then you can apply him a resident visa as you immedaite family here in china.. The requirement is is the marriage certificate...
