Drought blamed for haze in SZ
SHENZHEN recorded an average of 27 days of haze a month in October and November, the highest for that period in the city’s history.
The haze, implying poor air quality, was primarily a result of citywide drought, the Daily Sunshine yesterday quoted Shenzhen’s meteorological observatory as saying. The air pollution index has been lingering at the medium level for most of the past two months.
