Looking for HP Server seller in Shenzhen area.

I would recommend dealing
I would recommend dealing with HP Hong Kong direct rather than local resellers. I've found dealing with high end computing goods in Shenzhen to be risky - not worth it for goods of this type IMHO. I'm not sure about the mainland, but I know that HP's hub for the area seems to be Hong Kong. We purchased many ProLiant servers for a Macau project last year, and everything was routed via HK anyway.
