how can i send a resume to find a job?

  hi everybody,i am  Lukins, a newer in here ,i want to find a part-time job,i register a user ,but it just still in homepage,i don't know what happened? i send a resume in home and save it ,but when i open it again,the resume disappeared,it really strange.

    i find a JOB in big font when we open this website,but when i click it,it just apear different resumes,they are other friends' i know.

   so ,where i can send a resume to make everyone see it ?

    i hope somebody tell me ,thank you!
