ATMs and daily withdrawal limit for Australian visitors
Printer-friendly versionJust new to Shenzhen and wondering what is the daily limit for aussie debit cards. If any aussies know this one please i would be in your debt. I just arrived recently and wonder if i can withdraw $300 or $400 daily and the surcharges. I think from past experience when visiting the US etc, i would be charged $4 per transaction. Well thankyou kindly for any info. Using a commonwealth card.

i know that you can withdraw
i know that you can withdraw 2500rmb each time but not sure about the amount limit daily. if you're coming from Hong Kong the HSBC ATM at Lok Ma Chau border (HK side) allows you to withdraw RMB as well. for that you can take up to 20,000HKD per transcation each day.
