Any foreigner in Shenzhen knows what INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY is?

I am seriously wondering if foreigners know what intellectual property is in Shenzhen.

When I talk about patent and trademark here, i always have a concern that if they can be understood.

As an intelectual property promotor in a patent and trademark office, it is my responsibility to lighten this field to people.

OR maybe western people know it more? I doubt that.
