Pollution-Respiratory Problems

Hello,

We may be relocating to Shenzhen (Sekou) in September 2011. Can anyone tell me how bad the pollution is and if my son 3.5 years would be at risk? Are there any statistics on the amount of children that are affected by exposure? Any recommendations?
