New in shenzhen... need help with my 12 yo girl...

Hello! I wonder if anyone can help me. I´m latin american. I have 33 years. I will be moving to Shenzhen later this year with my 12 year old daughter. I speak spanish, portuguese, and english. My daughter has a bit of english also but not fluent. We both are now beginning to take Mandarin Chinese classes ... I have some questions about shenzhen education...

School:

I was looking at the sites of the international schools of Shenzhen on the web… and all that I have found was a minimum cost of U.S. $ 1,500 monthly. I really think that is very expensive. I am looking maybe for a private bilingual school english - mandarin which is near the 800 / 900 U.S. $ per month. Know any school?

As my daughter doesn´t speak mandarin and have a basic English… I don´t think it possible to integrate her at school immediately. She would definitely need intensive tutoring in english and mandarin, have any idea about this?

I am a mum but my daughter is only 4 years old. I have a good friend she is a foreignor lived here for a long time. She has a daughter of 6 year old. She had the same problem as you before but now the girl can speak CHinese very well.

Her daughter now study in a private bilingual school english - mandarin in futian which is not so expensive as you say. For exact fee, I will check with my friend and tell you later.
