I'm wondering how to go about finding a nanny in Shenzhen. I won't be returning to work until mid-October but just wanted to find out if there was an agency people use or do most people find one through word of mouth? How difficult is it to find a nanny that speaks basic English? Also what is the usual rate of pay for a nanny who would be required to work 40-45 hours per week? (must work weekends) We would prefer not to have a live in nanny. Thanks for any info
