Calling all Foodies!! Where's the best place to eat in Shenzhen? Any cuisine

Hey, I've just arrived in town and want to know where I can get some seriously good food... I guess I'd prefer local fare, but really I don't care which cuisine as long as it's good! Also, which district is good for walking around, with bars and restaurants, nightclubs etc. I live in Shekou, so I already know about the area near the boat. Any recommendations on a great bar to hit on a weekend night would be gratefully recieved too!!
