May 16 is the last day for the 7th China International Cultural Industries Fair. This is also the time to prepare the booths for withdrawal, and exhibitors should be ready to move out as well. There should always be a systematic method to be followed for moving out after the event.
Provisions for moving out involve exhibitors with the Release Pass for Goods Out of Exhibition Hall are permitted to leave with their exhibit products and equipment. Moving out time will begin after the closing ceremonies on May 16, and will continue until the next day, May 17. Exhibitors are not allowed to move out of the halls until the end of the event. Only then will the Organizing Committee Office issue the release pass to enable the participants to move out of the halls and leave the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center.
An Approval List for Exhibits Moving out of the Exhibition Hall with an authorized signature of the site official must be presented in order to get the necessary articles out of the halls. Moving out will begin at 5:30 in the afternoon, after the closing ceremonies, and will continue until the next day from 8:30 in the morning until 5:30 in the afternoon. Before, during, and after the exhibition period, the exhibitors should assign at least one personnel for each booth to keep the articles secure, and to make sure that no items will go missing. Their responsibilities begin with the moving of articles into the exhibit halls until the moving out process, where the list and quantity of items should be an exact match.
The services for moving out should involve proper management of articles and other equipment to be used in the exhibit, monitoring and security of each booth, and proper management of the exhibit and other promotional items during the exhibitions. Security management aims for the safety and security of the booths and the exhibits, but the ICIF Company will not be liable for any loss or damage that can occur during the exhibition period. All participants, including the staff and personnel should at all times comply with the provisions and maintain an orderly exhibition, and should refrain from any type of illegal activities or unwanted incidents that can compromise the whole event.
Participants and personnel for each booth and exhibit should wear the relevant badges, so as to make a distinction among the other participants and guests. These badges should not be lent to others, especially for other unintended purposes. There will be consequences for those who will not comply. Violations incurred will have its equivalent punishment.
The route arrangement during move out should be strictly followed to prevent heavy traffic and ensure a convenient exit for all vehicles coming from the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition center. Vehicles with the 7th ICIF Vehicle Pass can enter and exit the area and park at the designated areas any time for the duration of the exhibition. Trucks and buses are not allowed to enter during the exhibition period. Unless stated otherwise, the driving routes for vehicles exiting the convention center should be strictly followed to avoid delays and unwanted complications.
