Among the good news in China today is the early closure of their bookings and booth reservations to the annual International Cultural Industries Fair. It has been reported that 31 delegates from the different regions and provinces of China have confirmed their attendance in the cultural fair. A whopping 1,616 exhibitors are expected to flock the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center during the fair. Additional galleries for new ventures have also been added to highlight the cultural ingenuity of the Chinese people.
Among the venues created to stage the different cultural categories is the ICIF HALL 8 labeled to be the house for the Fine Arts department of the ICIF 2011. ICIF Hall Seven will seat collections of paintings and calligraphy works of contemporary artists both domestically and internationally recognized.
The Fine Arts Hall of the ICIF 2011 will feature traditional brush strokes and color combinations for a well-represented artistry of the Chinese people showcasing ornamental and representational paintings manifested in patterns and delicate designs. Oil painting adapting both traditional and contemporary classical value will also brace up the exhibition. China’s recent venture to collaborative and freestyle painting will also highlight the seventh hall of the ICIF 2011.
The Fine Arts Hall is administered by the Ministry of Culture. The 7,500 square meter area has been divided into three main segments. The first segment contains Domestic Theme Arts. This area is wholly dedicated to appreciate the contemporary Chinese collaborative style painting presented in themed creations; the free hand style drawing from contemporary masters of China: the inclusion of the National Color Painting and the New Chinese oil painting style destined to be placed in the buyers living room, office, or even as an adornment gift for other people.
The other third of the seventh hall of the ICIF 2011 will be showcasing Overseas Works, more specifically, oil paintings from the Russia Rapin Art College. The exhibition of local and international contemporaries in the ICIF is a trade fair advantage since this is a method of fostering friendship, growth and recognition in the cultural field of other nations.
The third portion of the Fine Arts Hall is held as a Gallery Trade for both local and international painters. This may be a one man show for a first time painter or a showcase of the best paintings of the masters. The goal is the same, to gain international acknowledgment, cultural alliance and of course, business ventures.
