The 7th International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF 2011) in Shenzhen, China is an integrated cultural industries fair, and the only one in China that is held on a national level. Its focus is on exposition and trade. It also aims to promote the cultural industries of China and the globalization of cultural products of the Chinese people.
The Application Schedules for ICIF 2011 are as follows:
The Exhibitor Registration is on May 10 and 11, 2011 at 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and May 12, 2011 at 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
The Booth registration for ICIF 2011 is on the aforementioned dates, provided that all participants are eligible to be exhibitors in the said event.
There will be eight different halls for exhibition. Hall 1 is the Cultural Industries Hall, the largest covering 30,000 square meters. This hall focuses on the integration between culture and technology. Hall 2 is the Creative Living Hall. It has an area of 15,000 square meters and will showcase the cultural products of Taiwan, high-end Chinese cultural items, and other tourism related articles. Hall 3 is the Movies, Television, and Animation Games Hall. It has an area of 7,500 square meters and will showcase the Chinese cultural products in the movie, television, and gaming industry. Hall 4 is the Intangible cultural Heritage Hall with an area of 7,500 square meters. It showcases the traditional Chinese handicrafts, medicine, and fine arts. Hall 6 is called the Design Hall. It has an area of 7,500 square meters and showcases the exhibits of individuals with independent intellectual property rights such as graphic designs, software design products, and other creative works. The Press and Publication Hall is Hall number 7. It showcases Chinese digital publishing and low-carbon printing like books, newspapers, electronic products, audio-visual products, and many more. Hall 8 is the Fine Arts Hall with an area of 7,500 square meters. It showcases the contemporary works of national and international artists in painting and calligraphy. Hall 9 is the Arts and Crafts Hall. The 15,000 square meter hall showcases the Chinese ethnical artworks and craftworks like sculptures, pottery, porcelain, jade, embroidery, brocade, lacquer-work, handicraft pictures, metal artworks, knot-work, knitting, and dye-printing.
The Booth Removal for ICIF 2011 will commence on the last day of exhibition, May 16, 2011 from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM and continues on May 17 from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
