Driving Routes for Vehicles Exiting Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center

The seventh Shenzhen International Cultural Industries Fair was successfully held last May 13 to 16, 2011 at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. More than 80,000 guests, visitors, and participants were present. For the driving routes for vehicles Exiting Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center, here are some of the most convenient roads to take.

For the traffic control after ICIF 2011, traffic police and security guards will be at the area, particularly on Zhongxin 2nd Road and Fuhua 3rd Road. The main route from the venue is Fuhua Road, and you can exit from Hong Li Road, Yitian Road,  or  Zhongxin 3rd Road. For the duration of the exhibition period, any type of truck is not allowed to enter the exhibition. Only vehicles with the 7th ICIF VIP Vehicle pass are allowed to enter and exit the location at any time and park at the designated areas. The traffic police of the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau shall provide a temporary notice. Otherwise, on-site traffic control and traffic signs will be strictly followed.

Parking is strictly prohibited at the grounds within the red lines that can be seen around the exhibition halls. This parking restriction is effective for the whole duration of the exhibition period. Upon moving in, trucks are allowed to park temporarily in the designated areas, and are requested to leave and exit the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center as soon as unloading is done. During the moving out period, trucks that are carrying samples or exhibits should have a Release Pass for Goods out of Exhibition Hall. This pass is different from the one used for moving in to the exhibit halls. With the necessary permits, vehicles and trucks will be allowed to drive on the urban roads after the moving out period of the 7th ICIF. The vehicles’ driving routes for exiting Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center should be strictly followed as there are traffic officials and security guards surrounding the area. The above mentioned roads are the ones provided by the organizing committee to ensure a convenient and orderly manner in exiting the area and leaving for your next destination. 

The traffic police, security guards, and on-site traffic administrators are responsible for implementing the rules and regulations during the moving in and moving out period. The driving routes and designated parking areas should be strictly complied with to avoid any delays and problems that can compromise your exhibit or booth, and the entire event as well. More importantly container trucks are not allowed to enter the exhibition hall. An alternative for this is to have the containerized items to be unloaded to smaller trucks that will transfer the goods to the exhibit hall. In pursuit of continued excellence, all participants of the 7th ICIF are requested to comply with all the provisions mentioned in the agreement and contracts that were signed by the committee. An understanding of these rules and policies is important and can help avoid any conflicts or misunderstanding. Let us continue to show how disciplined China is.
