Hi I really would like to remark that cabin crew or captain on ferry from Central to Shekou timed 20.30 pm always keep switched off the air condition in 2nd class. In fact on upper 1st class air cond it works meanwhile 2nd cl is not air cond but simply ventilated air. I complained many times with cabin crew but they only talk Chinese and they showed air was coming out, I said yes it's only "ventilated" but they didn't got the difference. Does this company consider 2nd cl passenger lower or not eligible to get same human conditions   !!!!! We pay ticket to get service and air cond. I take this ferry one or two times per week so pls don't tell me is a spot case, because is a situation perpetrating from months. Read more »
