Factory delays wages to prevent resignation

AN electronics factory in Pingshan New Zone has promised to pay its workers delayed December salaries within two days.
Located in an industrial park in the eastern Shenzhen zone, the factory paid only 600 yuan (US$95) of December salaries to each of its low-level workers before the Spring Festival, promising to pay the rest to workers who didn’t quit after the festival, according to workers, the Shenzhen Special Zone Daily reported.

I am Abdul and i am from Southern part of INDIA and I am most probably travelling to Shenzhen Next week. I have China Visa and i would be staying in Shenzhen with my family.
I would like take an opportunity to ask and seek help from you all for the below mentioned queries.
1. I am joining this company on 3 months business visa (Multiple entry); What my company told me is that my visa will be converted to a job visa. I want to know the process and how much time it will take to convert?

Fa paio

Hi,
I am moving to SZ in late Marxh. I am looking for an apartment via an agent. He has just asked if I require Fapaio - I understand what these are but is this a loaded question? I guess a landlord would avoid paying taxes on the reant if fa paio isnt issued, but I have read somewhere that I need Fa Piao to prove residency for my Visa requriements?
Can anyone advise?
